Flossy Dentistry & Hygiene Clinic was born out of a shared vision between Dr. Bahar Madani and Yanet Del Sol, RDH, who together bring a combined 30 years of experience in the dental world. After years of working at dental clinics across Toronto, they realized there was a deep need for a place where people could feel genuinely cared for, where each visit is about more than just teeth. Flossy is the first dental clinic in the GTA, founded in collaboration by a dentist and a dental hygienist.
Flossy is all about patient-first care in an environment that is welcoming, fun, and something you can actually look forward to. It’s where comfort, trust, and top-notch dental care come together to create a space where everyone feels at home.

Dr. Bahar Madani, DMD
I'm Dr. Madani, and I have a decade of experience working with patients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, but my passion lies in smile makeovers through minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. I believe in accessible, compassionate, patient-centered care.
I see every patient as a whole person, not just a set of teeth and gums! Investing time in meaningful connections with people is integral to the experience I aim to provide. Taking this holistic approach means a focus on using gentle and honest communication to bring comfort, reduce anxiety, and engage in patient education to empower better self-care. Building trust is important to a healthy doctor-patient relationship, and a positive outlook on dentistry in general. Changing minds and hearts about what a "trip to the dentist" means is a challenge I take on happily!
I obtained my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from McGill University, my BSc from York University, and I've studied abroad at Dublin City University in Ireland. I'm an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. I have additional certifications for nitrous & oral sedation, and the use of Botox to treat TMJ-related pain & headaches. I'm a lifelong learner and curious about any evidence-based advances in dentistry; I'm always working on growing the quality and scope of care I can provide.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy a variety of crafts, working out, sci-fi books & video games, and tarot cards. Ask me about my dog Nova, and I will be showing off her photos like a proud mom!

Yanet Del Sol, RDH
My career has taken me on an exciting adventure, enriched by my vibrant cultural roots and diverse professional experiences. Originally from Cuba and now thriving in Canada, I've developed an adaptable and dynamic approach to dental care that prioritizes both technical excellence and genuine patient connections. My career started as a dental assistant in 2004, which later inspired me to pursue an education in dental hygiene at Oxford North Toronto. After years of practice in the hygiene field, I ventured out in working within the business scope of dentistry as an operations manager in the corporate sector. This allowed me to build a notable professional portfolio in business management.
As a dedicated dental hygienist, I am committed to delivering compassionate and meticulous care, continually advancing my skills to stay ahead in our evolving field. I actively seek opportunities for professional growth, which ensures I bring fresh ideas and the latest practices into every patient interaction.
Outside the dental office, my world revolves around family, my two wonderful kids, our playful dogs, and my very curious cat. Travel feeds my adventurous side, allowing me to immerse myself in new cultures and expand my outlook. I also actively engage in dental business initiatives, sharing my personal story and innovative ideas on navigating and thriving within the dental landscape.

Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my loved ones, which helps me keep a healthy balance between my professional and personal life.
